What is the “Date Price Degrees Label” Tool?
The “Date Price Degrees Label” Tool was inspired by Alan Oliver’s investigations into the application of Price Degrees and Time Degrees in Gann’s Squares, especially Gann’s Square of 9. Alan postulated that Gann was converting price and time to degrees and applying those degrees in the Gann Square of 9. This resulted in the discovery of significant correlations at significant high and low turning points.
The “Date Price Degrees Label” Tool is a simple 2 click Custom Tool for Optuma. The default settings display the 1st Mouse Point Price and its “Price Degrees” using the Chart’s Default Price Unit, together with Date’s Sun longitude. To obtain the appropriate “Price Degrees”, the actual Price needs to be converted to an integer of 4 or 5 significant figures prior to conversion to degrees using the Tool’s “Chart Price Unit Factor”.
The Tool can also display OHLC Prices Degrees, along with the Date Degrees of the planetary bodies at the 1st Mouse Point Price of Tool as Geocentric or Heliocentric Longitude, adjusted for Market Offset from Ephemeris datum (UTC/GMT).
NOTE: The "Date Price Degrees Tool" requires the "Astronomical Tool Module" to be installed in the user's Optuma installation.

First Use of the “Date Price Degrees Label” Tool
The “Date Price Degrees Label” tool is delivered in a ZIP file and needs to be extracted before attempting to use it.
The tool must be extracted from the ZIP file and placed in “[Username]/Documents/Optuma/Local/Custom Tools” folder. Optuma must be restarted to make to tool available.
